Spring Athletic Awards Banquet was . held Wednesday June 3. The student athletes . . from baseball, softball, soccer, and track were recognized for their efforts by Athletic Director, ' ^ Jon Smythe and the various coaches. ; ; The ceremony was opened by Mr. Paul * President of the Rappahannock County - School Sports Association. He revisited all of the athletic department accomplishments over the last two years under the tenure of Athletic Director, Jon Smythe.

The RCSSA and Merrillat Industries then dedicated the new trophy case in the concessi on area of the gym to Jon Smythe “for his unwavering commitment to athletic excellence. From there, the ceremony progressed to the recognition of the following award recipients:
