Question: What do you get when you cross a bull, a cow and a shiny, new pickup truck? Answer: Come to the Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Company Carnival and find out!

Wednesday night, June 12, the lights of the Flint Hill carnival will once again call young and old to four glittering nights of games, rides, laughter, and home cooked goodies. This year, show your urban cowboy buddies how a native does it, with the return of an old favorite: “Buck,” the mechanical bull. Gather the kids and try your luck at the newest game: “Birthday Ball.” Bring a bathing suit and enjoy your moment of soggy fame in the dunking booth. Or take a turn at Karen and Bruce Williams’ “Gifts Galore.”
Don’t forget that a “buck” also buys one lucky local a chance to win a shiny new Ford pick-up - or another heavyweight, the Flint Hill heifer!
