ARCHITECTURAL RENDERING: The future home of the Rappahannock National Bank will be a one and onehalf story traditional design and will consist of approximately 7,000 square feet, (4,800 on the ground floor with the main banking services lobby, walk-up tellers, customer service and loan offices; 2,200 on the second floor that will be served by stairs and an elevator and house a Board of Directors conference room and business offices) with three drive-thru remote tellers and a drive-thru 24 hour ATM. The construction should begin by Aug. 1 with completion anticipated by April 1, 2003. The contractor has not yet been selected but bid packages are being reviewed. "We are extremely proud to be constructing a facility during our centennial anniversary that will solidify our position in this community for the next 100 years. The new facility will allow our customers to take full advantage of the latest in modern banking technology without losing the personal community bank atmosphere that has made our organization so successful," said Michael T. Leake, EVP & CEO.
