Bleu Rock s polo schedule
The Equestrian Center at Bleu Rock Farms has announced the following summer polo schedule:
Wednesday, June 12 from 6 to 8 p.m.. horses will be provided; beginning riders are welcome. $75 covers the lesson, dinner and a beverage. Bring a friend to dinner for only S20.
Thursday. June 13 from 6 to 8 p.m.. “bring your own horse", cost is $20 and includes dinner oh the terrace and a beverage. A friend may also attend dinner for only $20.
Saturday. June 15 at 6 p.m.. the summer polo schedule begins June 15 and runs through Aug. 31. There will be live music for the Saturday event. Each Saturday night the Bleu Rock Polo Team will host a 3-goal game. If you have a 3-goal team and would like to challenge the Bleu Rock team, you're invited To RSVP contact Graham Knight at 987-9522.
Families plan reunion
The Weaver. Butler and Thornhill family reunion will be held on Sunday, June 23 at 1 p.m. at the Rappahannock Park near Washington. Those attending should bring a covered dish. For additional information call George Butler at 825-1153.
In-orchard meetings set
A in-orchard meeting will be held at Lee's Orchard at Massies Comer on Wednesday, July 10 and at Nauman's Orchard in Flint Hill on Wednesday. July 24. For additional information call the Rappahannock Extension Office at 675-3619.
