seem to me like something that should create a whole lot of turmoil.
I realize why some of the people in Rappahannock do not want it. They do not want urbanization coming to our little town. I support them on that matter. I think that Rappahannock is a pretty County that should not be corrupted by the development of newer, bigger buildings. At least there is not a huge apartment complex or fast food restaurant on that site. Residents should at least be happy that it is just a bank.
