Defendants ORDER OF PUBLICATION THE OBJECT of the above-styled suit is to partition the following real property situated in Rappahannock County, Virginia and more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situated and lying and being in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia and containing 5.2°10 acres, more or less as the same and as more particularly shown and described according to a plat of survey entitled "J.E. Keysers Heirs Property" prepared by John Baumgardner, PC dated February 26, 2001 which plat of survey is attached to instrument recorded as Instrument Number 02-884 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia. AND BEING the residue of the property conveyed to J.E. Keyser by deed of exchange from M. E. Keyser and E. M. Eastham and Fannie P Eastham, his wife, dated June 24, 1920 and recorded in Deed Book 30, Page 93 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia. And it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the abovenamed Defendant JACOB EDWARD KEYSER, JR. is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and his last known post office address is 101 Ridgewood Circle, Washington, NC 27889; that the above-named Defendant HAMPSON MILLER KEYSER is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and his last known post office address is 105 Seabreeze Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida 33483; that the above-named Defendant KELLY KEYSER is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address is 201 Via A HOS, Mesquite. Texas 75150; that the above-named Defendant EDWARD LYNN MENEFEE is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and his last known post office address is 1584 North Harbor Drive, Saint Leonard, Maryland 20685; and, It further appearing that the heirs at law of JACOB EDWARD KEYSER. SR., JOHN DABNEY KEYSER, ANNE KEYSER MENEFEE GRAHAM, and SANDRA ANNE MENEFEE, who now are or may be deceased, and whose names are unknown, are or may be interested in the subject to be partitioned or disposed of in this suit, if any such heirs at law there be It is therefore ORDERED that all such persons claiming an interest in the land above described appear on or before the 25th day of October, 2002 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, Post Office Box 517, 238 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia 22747, and do what is necessary to protect their interests. It is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock; that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this court is held; and that a copy of this order be mailed to each defendant at the address shown by the aforesaid affidavit and which is listed above.
