at the bank have a good reason for building a new one. They want a drive-in window and the bank that is there now is getting too crowded. A new bank would bring people who bank at neighboring counties to ours because there would be more room. I think that people of Rappahannock should be happy with what they get. Especially since it is not something that is really bad.
