ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to quiet title and/or establish title by adverse possession as to a tract of land of which Lucie Peyton Utz, also known of record as Lucie M. Utz, died seized and possessed, located in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land being described by deed recorded in Deed Book V, at Page 167 amongst the land records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as follows:

All that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in

Stonewall Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia

containing 15 acres, more or less, being the same property

conveyed to Lucie Peyton Utz by deed from Richard E. Peyton

recorded in Deed Book V, Page 167 in the aforesaid Circuit

Court Clerk’s Office.

An Affidavit having been made and filed and the Bill To Quiet Title to Real Estate having slated that the address of Lucie Peyton Utz, also know of record as Lucie M. Utz, if she be living, is unknown, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names and/or addresses are unknown, which Bill has made said parties defendant by the general description, PARTIES UNKNOWN, it is therefore

ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that all possible PARTIES UNKNOWN having an interest in all of that certain tract or parcel of land which Lucie Peyton Utz also known of record as Lucie M. Utz, died seized and possessed are made parties defendant and said persons are made parties defendant by a general description of ‘UNKNOWN PARTIES" as the unknown heirs of Lucie Peyton Utz, also known of record as Lucie M. Utz; and

It is further ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that Lucie Peyton Utz, also known of record as Lucie M. Utz, if she be living, and any of said unknown heirs, devisees, or successors in title, if any such there be, and/or any unknown parties having an interest in the lands of which Lucie Peyton Utz, also known of record as Lucie M Utz, died seized and possessed, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, do appear on or before March 31, 2003, and do what is necessary to protect their interest.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this order by published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, an newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock. Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry of this Order of Publication, that the Clerk post an attested copy of this Order at the front door of the Court House and that the Clerk further prepare a certificate of said facts and file same in the papers of this cause.
