At the end of the day we are accountable for the number of boxes missed. An external audit report was prepared for customer delivery results in the Northern Virginia region. This includes our routes mentioned above as well as Sperryville and Washington.

Are my health insurance benefits and employment endangered by getting out of my vehicle to deliver mail? No, as a contract carrier I have no insurance benefits. I also don’t get overtime pay.
Considering the difficulty of finding substitutes it would appear not many want this job. Perhaps Ms. Sollinger would like to submit an application.
