In the awarding of the highest rank earned since the last Court of Honor, Simon Berry was called forward along with his parents, to be presented with his First Class Scout badge.

In earning this rank, Simon has learned to navigate without the aid of a compass, using the sun, moon and stars, to further develop his first aid skills including CPR, and to construct camp structures using only rope and fallen wood.
