Fowler said he has lived in the town full time for four years and had been the president of an environmental organization. He also said he had led a congressional lobbying group.
He said he was currently engaged in building an energy-sharing consortium. He said that he admired “the present state of the county and the town” and that he felt that the “relatively strict zoning” in the town should be preserved.
