In our opinion, this application request falls so far from what is contained in the phrase "agricultural," that we wonder why your would even allow its use in your ordinance.
We expect that there are many "agriculturally" wealthy horrte/land owners surrounding Washington and Flint Hill that would "fight you tooth and nail" should this application be presented in/for their areas, not to say how the paying clientele with/at the posh inns and restaurants of Rappahannock would feel listening to the crack of rifles on a still morning or evening.
We beseech you to turn down this application. It is a slippery slope that has no end. We ask that the present landowner find other means (agricultural) that supports such a large land holding. You might find it elucidating to visit a firing range and ask yourself, if you would want this activity next or near your own home and castle.
