April 6 to consider a rezoning application from Dorothy C. Davis. Mrs. Davis’ request involves 3.55 acres located at the eastern end of Route 683 and junction with Route 211, about one-half mile east of Washington. The property is currently zoned agriculture. Mrs. Davis is asking that it be rezoned to business and proposes to use the existing building for antiques, arts and crafts, farmers market and single family residence.

Davis contends that the sign is within the town limits of Washington and therefore subject to regulations of the town, rather than county zoning ordinance.
