I’m sure there must be young people in our area who were students in Culpeper County schools during the years in which Rev. Floyd Binns was a teacher there, and if you have not heard, he went home to be with the Lord on Friday at Culpeper Retirement Community in the 97th year of his life.
In our neighboring town of Woodville, the Shiloh Baptist Church will be hosting a Gospel concert with “The Gospel Travelers” and “The Sensational Spirits of Joy” Sunday March 28 beginning at 4 p.m. and everyone is invited.
Congratulations to Miss Stephanie Marie Keys who graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University College with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She is the granddaughter of John T. Keys.
Saturday Mrs. Ray Frazier accompanied by Mrs. Alvin Atkins of Sperryville and Brenda Frazier of Culpeper, shopped in Fredericksburg and visited Mrs. Holtzman Frazier on Mosby Street before returning home.
