Develops, coordinates and manages Summer Camp and Year Round Specialty Camp programs for children throughout Loudoun County. Manages budget for camp programs, including specialty cgmp contracts, and ensures annual revenue projections are met. Coordinates the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of staff for more than 80 seasonal camp site supervisors, leaders, volunteers and contractors. Oversees Commonwealth of Virginia licensing process and requirements to ensure licensing compliance, which includes records management. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in recreation, child care, education or related field and at least 2 years experience in related field. Prefer knowledge of Commonwealth of Virginia licensing standards. Prefer Certified Parks &. Recreation Professional. Prefer 1 year supervisory experience.
