The Rappahannock Planning Commission, in an ongoing review of the county’s zoning and subdivision ordinances, heard more suggestions on controlling the county’s future growth from Common wealth's Attorney George Davis. At last Wednesdays session Davis put forward the possibility of forbidding development on prime agricultural land while also restricting subdivisions to land with less than seven per cent slope.
