Thomas Vann Baldwin, son of Paul and Cucie Baldwin of Washington, graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Va. on May 16.
He received the diploma of Bachelor of Arts in military history and a minor in leadership and management.
Thomas graduated as a U. S. Army second lieutenant and was one of six Army cadets who graduated with the honor of Distinguished Military Graduate.
