• The Washington Architectural Review Board (ARB) will meet on April 8, at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall on Gay Street. • The Rappahannock County public schools system will be closed from Friday, April 9 through Friday, April 16 for Spring break. They will reopen Monday, April 19. • The April board of directors meeting for Headwaters, the Rappahannock County Public Education Foundation, will take place on April 12 at 7 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Extension Office. The meeting is open to the public. • The Washington Town Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 14, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall. Agenda highlights include a review of the proposed budget for FY 2004-2005, a review of the Planning Commission’s recommendations regarding a request to convert a single family dwelling into a multifamily dwelling, and updates on the wastewater and reservoir projects.
