Ms. Collins, graduate of Rappahannock High School and Radford University, is employed by Battlefield Animal Clinic of Manassas.
Mr. Duncan, a graduate of Christiansburg High School and Virginia Tech, is an assistant manager at Walmart in Fairfax.
