The Rappahannock County High School boys’ and girls’ track teams battled wintry conditions and strong opponents in a quad meet held at Warren County High School on March 31.
Competing on a cold, rainy evening against Warren County, Loudoun Valley and Strasburg, both Panther squads were soundly defeated.
The RCHS girls’ team was the more competitive team — with 21 points — but fell to Loudoun Valley (93), Strasburg (62), and Warren County (52).
