Ron Vickers recently he attended the 66th Annual Conference of t the International Technology Education Association in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was among over 1,200 teachers at the three-day event.
The first session was presented by Dr. Jack Wescott, chair of the Department of Industry and Technology at Ball State University, who spoke on the “Maley Spirit of Excellence.”
The next day began with a session from Steven Vetter on the growth of nanotechnology. He predicted that in 10-15 years, public schools would incorporate aspects of this technology.
