Every so often, I read something
that awakens a response. I see an analogy that illuminates a current course of events to such an extent that the events become clearly understandable.
So it was when I returned to the writings of ChuangTzu, a principal exponent of taoism, who flourished in the third century B.C., and who gave this account of a meeting between a famous recluse and the ruler, Prince Wu.
