A BMW motorcycle driven in the westbound lane by Christopher Layne, 53, of Manassas ran off the right side of U.S 211 at approximately 5:15 p.m. on Saturday, June 18, striking the guardrail, approximately two miles on the Rappahannock side of Skyline Drive.
