Purcellville filmmaker Frank Sciurba has just announced that production on his third feature film, “Mrs. Amworth,” will begin next month in this area.
Like Sciurba's two previous features, “Mrs. Amworth,” a horror film, will take advantage of the unique beauty of Virginia and will be shot in and around Loudoun, Fauquier and Culpeper counties.
Sciurba's first feature, “The Vulture's Eye,” filmed in 2001, has been distributed internationally.
His second film, “Perfect Poison,” filmed in 2003, recently won best feature at
