Last year the condition of Keyser Rim Fire Road was such that our concern for future trips might not occur. After that trip I contacted Mr. Clayton Jordan at park headquarters who referred me to Mr. Dixon Freeland about the road. I was informed that in the spring work would be done. On or about May 14, Mr. Dixon both e-mailed and telephoned me that the work had been completed.
Now, speaking for the family, I would like to publicly thank Mr. Dixon Freeland, Shenandoah National Park and any and all who had a part in making such repairs. Our trip was made much easier.
