Rappahannock CoCinty resident Jim Blubaugh who is running for delegate in the 15th District which includes the counties of Rappahannock, Page, Shenandoah and Rockingham greeted some 40 supporters at a recent rally in Little Washington. Blubaugh vowed to uphold small town and country values and fight for strong schools, more and better jobs with health benefits, better control over unplanned growth, fiscal responsibility in the state government in Richmond, more open land for fishing and hunting, and cleaner air and water for our state. He also announced that his new website for delegate (www.rappdems.org/jimblubaugh) - is now online.
