He is survived by his grandparents, Eugene Sheldon Leggett and Clarissa L. Leggett of Washington, Va. and Elizabeth S. Uston of Cleveland, Ohio.
Additional survivors include three aunts; Katherine Leggett of Washington, Va., Clarissa W. Bonde of Washington, D.C., and Beth Ann Uston Murphy of Mason Neck Virginia as well as two uncles, Blake Leggett' of Nokesville, Va. And John Uston of Cleveland, Ohio and many cousins.
A funeral service was held at St. Albans Church in Washington, D.C. with Rev. Jennings W. Hobson III of Trinity Episcopal Church, Washington, Va. and Rev. Margo Critchfield of St. Albans Church in Washington D.C. The burial was at Oak Hill Cemetery in Washington D.C.
