A representative from the Virginia Municipal League (VML) approached the board during last Wednesday night’s Tbwn Council Meeting, proposing financial options for both the reservoir and the wastewater treatment projects within the Town of Washington.
William Tumage, deputy managing director of the VML/VACo financial program, presented a point-by-point presentation outlining the two options proposed by the VML.
