You can probably guess the answer. That’s the way we have always done it. Well, excuse me, but this ain’t this cowgirl’s first rodeo, and unless you can give me some really good reason why the eye doctor needs a social security number, you can forget it. Reluctantly, they backed off their request.
Maybe we’re just too sensitive about this issue. Maybe not.
