dam good thing to have around”! Anyway we had several, Bradley Williams and Earl Williams and even Bruce Wiliams just to name a few, all could really fix up a great kettle full of the stuff. An singing, you all know we have some wonderful voices in our choir. Everything from the old time gospel sound right up to the contemporary stuff.
Would it be so hard to host an event where both batches of folks get together and fixed up some of that wonderful apple butter and while it’s cooking throw in some of that outstanding singing? I know there’s some musicians amongst us as well who might be tempted out to play. I don’t know about you all but I’m getting excited just thinking about it.
What ya say friends, if you feel like me then maybe say a little something to the pastor and deacons and the fire chief and president. Tb me it sounds like it’d be a great event whose time has definitely come and is sorely needed up here. Anyhow that’s just my thoughts on it but how nice would that be, maybe even have a covered dish meal while it’s going on, sounds like a tradition in the making folks.
