Dr. Monira Rifaat
Dr. Monira Rifaat believes that experience is the important consideration in electing a supervisor. Rifaat is the only candidate that currently holds political office in the county.
She serves as elected director from Rappahannock and Chairperson of the Culpeper Soil and Water District, and has served on the county’s Farmland Preservation Committee and Water Quality Assurance Committee since their inception. She’s also served on the boards of Headwaters , the Rappahannock County Conservation Alliance and the Rappahannock Farmer’s Association.
