Monira Rifaat Local farmer and operator of a commercial beef cattle business - Manor Farm, established in 1980. Retired medical doctor (Pathologist). Rappahannock resident for 26 years. Active participant in the community: • Current Chair of the Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District. • Vice Chair of Area II District of the Viginia Association of Soil and Water Districts. • Participating member of the Rappahannock County Farm Bureau. • Member of RappFLOW and the Rappahannock County Conservation Alliance. • Regular attendee at Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors meetings. • Served on the Board of Headwaters Foundation to support public education. • Member of the Rappahannock Farmers Association. Manor Farm pastures and herd have been recognized for excellence by the Virginia Angus Association and the Virginia Forage and Grassland Council.
