VDOT Route 633 in Rappahannock County closed to traffic Expect delays due to repairs of the Battle Run Road bridge CULPEPER- On Wednesday, July 11, the bridge at Route 633 (Battle Run Road) and Route 627 (Long Mountain Road) will be closed to traffic from 7a.m.- 7p.m. Short-term intermittent closures will be necessary on Thursday, July 12. ■Crews will repair the superstructure of the Battle Run Road bridge in Rappahannock County. During the closure, traffic should use alternate routes. Motorists should expect delays on Thursday, July 12 and are urged to avoid the area if at all possible. After the repairs are completed traffic will be open to all lanes in both directions.
