The Rappahannock/Culpeper Post 330 American Legion baseball team is sure glad they don’t have to see the boy’s from Stafford County for a few weeks.
This weekend, they had all they could handle from two different Stafford teams.
On Friday, Rappahannock/Culpeper suffered a heart-breaking 4-3 loss in 10 innings to the Stafford Americans.
Saturday, Post 330 was left with a hangover from their gut-wrenching defeat, and the Stafford Nationals were on hand to take full advantage, sweeping Post 330 in a doubleheader at Rappahannock County Elementary School.
