A new organization, RappCats, is forming to help the county’s abandoned, abused and feral cats. There will be a meeting of the new group on Saturday, July 7, at 10:00 a.m. at the library to share ideas, brainstorm and set long and short-term goals. Important note: nobody is being asked to take in cats.
