Jenkins Family and friends in Rappahannock Elliott LaMarr Jenkins, 79, of Front Royal, died Sunday, July 1 in Lynn Care Center in Front Royal. Mr. Jenkins was bom June 14,1928 in Charlottesville, VA, son of the late John and Texanna Woodard Jenkins. He worked for Schwarzenbach-Huber and retired from Avtex Fibers, Inc. He was a member of Richland Baptist Church in Hartwood, VA. Mr. Jenkins is survived by one daughter, Alice Brown
