PUBLIC HEARING: PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING CHAPTER RELATING TO THE STORAGE OF SEWAGE SLUDGE On Monday, August 6, 2007, at 7:00 PM, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors shall hold a Public Hearing at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider an amendment to the Zoning Chapter of the Rappahannock County Code to adopt additional standards for the issuance of Special Exception permits for the storage of sewage sludge (biosolids). The complete text of the proposed amendment is available for inspection at the County Administration Office during normal business hours, or at .http://www.raDPahannockcountwa.gov. under the link for Notices and Documents. In addition, the Rappahannock County Hanning Commission shall hold a Public Hearing on the proposed amendments on Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at 7:30 PM at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia.
