not install another line underground to my house, but used the same one somehow. Since then, I can almost always depend on having no phone service on my original line after it rains.
A few years ago, both lines were that way, but a technician worked on the problem and got the computer line repaired. Now I can use that line to report the other line not working!
I have reported this problem upwards of 50 times over the years and nobody has found
