Seeking 2 team oriented individuals whose primary responsibilities include senior level professional work in appraisal of existing residential, commercial and industrial properties. Use of accepted appraisal standards and methodology in accordance with state laws, county ordinances and office policies. Field review and analysis of sales data, appraising new and miscellaneous construction projects, and assisting in management of the reassessment process. FYoficient knowledge of ad valorem ratio studies and statistical modeling required. Require participation in administrative review process and in Board of Equalization hearing process as well as general contact with public regarding inquiries concerning real estate assessments Mentoring, training, and assisting in the supervision of staff appraisers. Maintain knowledge of local property trends, state and local laws and modem appraisal/assessment methods through course attendance as offered to staff. Working knowledge of MS Office software and CAMA systems preferred. Bachelor s Degree in related field and 4 years experience appraising all residential classes. Three years experience appraising commercial classes regardless of the difficulty level and value is preferred' along with successful completion of USPAP, IAAO Courses 100/300/311 or equivalent assessment or appraisal coursework. Credit record, criminal background, and driving record checks. Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions. Ability to traverse undeveloped and developed land.
