Introductions of three Rappahannock County High School foreign exchange students broke up the banter, and Superintendent Dr. Bob Chappell, Rappahannock County High School principal Robyn Puryear and board member Aline Johnson presented awards to students who achieved perfect scores on the Standards of I naming tests in ttw 2006-2007 school year.
Superintendent Chappell also reported that the efficiency review of Rappahannock schools conducted the week of Oct. 29 had been concluded.
