Chappell said that no recommendations from the review will be made until December, though at that point they will be in draft form and will be kept confidential.
Once finalized, the recommendations will be presented to the school board.
Chappell said he does not expect the recommendations until this coming May — long after the school board will review recommendations and consider revisions to the schools’ proposed budgets fin* fiscal year 2009.
