Donations being accepted
for Thanksgiving dinner
Hearthstone School will again be accepting donations for the community Thanksgiving dinner to be held on Thursday, Nov. 22, from 1-4 p.m. at the American Legion Hall on Zerkle St. in Luray. Nonperishable foods and paper products may be dropped off in the box in the lobby of the main building (upstairs). Perishable items may be brought to the school office during school hours. The deadline for donations is noon on Tuesday, Nov. 20. The dinner is open to all. Requests are being accepted for meals to be delivered to shut-ins. Any leftover nonperishable foods will be donated to the Choices Women’s Sh^JUr" in Luray. For more information, please call the school office at 540-987-9212.
Thanksgiving dinner
On Tuesday, Nov. 20, at 12:30 pan., Hearthstone will host a Thanksgiving meal in the school community room. Each class will prepare food and will give a short presentation. Hearthstone families and friends are welcome. Please bring a labeled dish to share.
