David Naser, who is in his sixth year teaching science at Rappahannock County High School, knows first hand how hard it can be to find affordable housing in Rappahannock.
When he was shopping for a home, he looked at a house — a “dilapidated thing,” he Said -ratting (m a quarter of an acre lot on Harris Hollow Road. It was going for $139,000.
“And that was probably a bargain for Rappahannock,* he said.
