Indictments
The following indictments were handed down Wednesday in Rappahannock County Circuit Court.
- Julie M. Connor, of Washington, D.C., on charges of driving under the influence, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of marijuana with the intent to sell/distribute
- Jeremy Critchfield, of Eustis, Fla., on one charge of credit card theft and two charges of credit card forgery
- Mary Elizabeth Donovan, of Sperryville, on nine charges of check forgery and nine charges of passing forged checks
- Eric J. Timbers, of Viewtown, on charges of driving after forfeiture of license and driving under the influence (third offense in 10 years)
Watch for deer
This is the season when whitetail deer are most active and cause the most vehicle accidents. Ten deer strikes were reported to the RCSO between Nov. 6 and 12. The actual number of collisions is likely higher than 10, as Sheriff Larry Sherertz said many deer-related accidents go unreported.
