Catherine Brown were Mr. and Mrs. Edward Payne, Miss Shirley Brown, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Overhulser and children Vickey and Jane, all of Arlington. Sgt. and Mrs. James E. Swindler and two children of Manassas were guests for the weekend and Labor Day of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Swindler. Mr. and Mrs. George W. Hawkins and children Miss Judy Hawkins and Phil Hawkins spent Sunday at their farm in the F. T. Valley and had as their guests for a picnic lunch, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hawkins and daughters, Linda and Sharon of Culpeper. Miss Pamea Stout of Arlington was an overnight guest Sunday of Miss Hawkins. Miss Lucille Brown of Norfolk was a guest from Monday until Thursday of last week of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Wood. Miss Ruth Menefee entertained at a luncheon last Wednesday at the Mimsiyn Hotel in Luray having as her .guests Mrs. Virginia Lewis, IMrSr Gene Wood, Miss Lucille Brown of Norfolk and Mrs. John R. Hudson of Luray. Miss Dorothy Reeder of Baltimore, Md. was the weekend guest of Mrs. R. G. Quaintance.
