A Milking Parlor, with a glass walled observation deck for public viewing, will be an added attraction at the 1963 State Fair of Virginia to be held at Richmond September 20-28, J. A Mitchell, the Fair’s General Manager, announced today. A new building, 36 x 70 feet, or concrete block and aluminum Is now under construction and will be completed by September 1. The new structure will house a battery of automatic milking machines to be provided by one of the leading equipment manufacturers.
