Publicity Committee, whose duty is to contace newspapers that come into this county and give full publicity to any Library activities. Mrs.Barbara Gentry and Mrs. H.M. Keyser were Appointed to this committee.
Reception and Refreshment Committee, which is to be responsible for any social activities of the Library. Mrs. Wade H. Massie, III, was appointed to this committee,with instructions to select her own committee members.
The dedication and formal opening of the library was discussed at length with a tentative date set for the morning of October 19. Other plans and policies were suggested. Future meetings will be held as necessary and will be called by th,e chairman. All library meetings are open to anyone wishing to attend.
