Mrs. H. F. Carder and daughters were visitors of Mrs. A. C. Latham Monday afternoon. On Friday Mr. and Mrs. Russell Luttrell of Culpeper and Miss Mary Hughes of Rithmond were dinner guests of L. H. Luttrell and Mrs. G. H. Dennis. Mr. and Mrs. Luttrell and Miss Hughes visited Mrs. Annie Latham and Mrs. Ethel Cooksey during the morning. Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Walker and family of Culpeper were dinner guests of Mrs. Ethel Cooksey and Mrs. Annie Latham on Labor Day.

Mrs. Sadie Withers, Mrs. Mabel Amiss, and Mrs. Nettie Hutton of Washington, D. C. visited Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Compton on Wednesday. Howard Hackley spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Paul Smith.

Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Burner and daughter, Faye, visited the zoo in Washington, D. C. on Sunday. They were supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. E. Nicholson in Winchester that evening.
