Book Selection Committee, whose membership should: 1. Be composed of the Librarian and others who are familiar with books and the needs of the community; 2. See that books that are being called for are made available; 3. Determine the budget to be considered necessary for books purchased, and advise Trustees as to how this budget is to be spent; 4. Have no authority to act, but must make recommendations to Librarian and Trustees. In addition to the Librarian, committee members appointed were: Mr. C. B. Palmer, Mr. C. F. Melton, Mrs. I. O.
