forces of nature, stellar- organizations, or pure design using abstact shapes, lines and free flowing colors. Another adult prize of $10 will be awarded for the prizewinning adult Oriental sumi-e entry. All entries must be executed solely in sumi ink. Second and third place ribbons will be presented to adult and junior winners of the popular-award, theme, fantasy and sumi-e competition. Fees of $1 for each adult and 25 cents for each junior entry will be charged. The fair will be held under auspices of the Culpeper Art Group, with Mrs. John W. Skelton as chairman. During the afternoon at the fair, Mrs. Skelton and several other members of the Art Group will demonstrate Oriental painting, which Mrs. Skelton has taught to members of the group during the past year.
